Desinfiktionsspender und medizinische Atemschutzmasken sind kostenlos vorhanden.
2 Minuten Fußweg bis zum Linienbus 38 bzw. 138 nach Stieghorst, wo Sie die Straßenbahn in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof bringt.
3 km bis zur Autobahn Auffahrt A 2 in Richtung Hannover oder Dortmund. 300 m bis zum nächsten Supermarkt.
1 km bis zum Einkaufszentrum, wo viele interessante Geschäfte vorhanden sind.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen
Geschirrspülmaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher und einer Kaffeemaschine. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet.
Ein Autoabstellplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Nichtraucher
Bitte haben Sie auch Verständnis dafür, dass Rauchen in der Wohnung nicht gestattet ist.
Gerne ist das Rauchen auf der Terasse und im Garten erlaubt.
Ihnen werden pro Person Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Badezusatz kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die Handtücher werden alle drei Tage gewechselt und die Bettwäsche wird einmal pro Woche während Ihres Aufenthaltes getauscht und ist im Preis inklusive. Auch Badbedarf wie Toilettenpapier, Handseife und Fön ist vorhanden.
Im Wohnbereich ist ein TV vorhanden. In den Kosten sind Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Wlan- Nutzung inklusive. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner befinden sich im Keller und können ebenfalls kostenlos benutzt werden.
Eigene mitgebrachte Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind erwünscht.
Im Garten können Sie ruhen, sich sonnen, grillen und ggf. Ihre Kinder beim Spielen oder auf dem Trampolin springen sehen.

For craftsmen, special conditions can be negotiated on request, which depend on the length of the stay.
Prices include final cleaning.
Current corona rules must be followed. Disinfectant dispensers and medical respirators are provided free of charge.
2 minutes walk to the bus 38 or 138 to Stieghorst, where the tram takes you to the city center and the main station.
3 km to the motorway exit A 2 in the direction of Hanover or Dortmund. 300 m to the nearest supermarket.
1 km to the shopping center where there are many interesting shops. A beautiful clean fully equipped 80 m² apartment is waiting for you.The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, oven dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a coffeemachine. The bathroom is fitted with a bathtub.
A parking space is also available.
Non-smokers Please also understand that smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and in the garden.
Bed linen, towels, bath add-on are provided free of charge per person.
Towels are changed every three days and bed linen is changed once a week during your stay and is included in the price. Bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap and hairdryer are also available.
There is a TV in the living area. The costs include electricity, water, heating and Wi-Fi use. Washing machine and tumbledryer are located in the basement and can also be used free of charge.
Own bed linen and towels are welcome.
In the garden you can rest, sunbathe, barbecue and if necessary. Watch your children play or jump on the trampoline.
